Terms and conditions
If an item is has not been claimed for and returned to us then postage will have to be paid again. Any parcels lost in post customers have to make a claim.
If an order has not been received within 7 days, please contact us via email ASAP.
If we accept your return and there was a free postage offer applied when ordering, then postage will be deducted when sending refund.
Appropriate service will be used for delivery according to weight and value of the parcel.
All next day delivery orders must be placed before 3pm for it to be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day.
Delivery times are given by Royal Mail/DPD/Hermes/UPS (Via their website) and are only estimated timings. No refunds will be given out if parcels are lost or late, as delivery times are not set by us.
All orders are sent out during the week Monday to Friday, we only dispatch on Saturday if we are contacted prior to order upon special request. Once order has been placed please contact us.
Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only. Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned. More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and thoroughly rinsed. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colours are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given as many of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work.
All clothing with embossed or rubber prints should be reverse ironed.
It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing if in doubt Dry Clean
All items are double checked before posting out.
If up to 10% of beads, stones or tassels missing it will be acceptable and not deemed faulty. If we have in stock we will try to provide any missing embellishments.
STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON ANY JEWELLERY PIECES
As gems are glued on, some glue marks may be visible. Some stones may fall off during transit
Pouches and belts are complimentary and can vary. Any damages to these are not considered as a faulty product
If an item is faulty, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of receiving.
Item must be in new condition and not worn in order to exchange or refund if the item is damaged.
Any deposits paid towards items are non refundable. If items are reserved with a deposit, any offers/discount applied after the order would not be accessible
If items are pre-ordered, bust sizes may vary, pre orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged as they are specifically ordered for the customer.
We have made every effort to try an capture the true colour of the outfits but due to the camera quality, screens and lighting the colour may vary.
All sizes and measurements are approximate however we do try to have them as accurate as possible. If you require full measurements please contact us.
Some outfits may have their size ticket cut off due to confidential information.
